I creatively used Microsoft Word, a word processing program, to create an informative and interesting back-to-school newsletter. In Microsoft word I manipulated a table, added graphics, and word art to create a visually pleasing masthead. In the body of the newsletter I created two columns, applied colorful heading, pertinent clip art and drop caps to draw attention to the valuable educational information. In addition, I supported student learning of technology by creating a section that referenced various academic links.
